A project initiated by Roskilde municipality to examine the inspection procedure and the allocation of practical and personal aid, with a particular view to increasing awareness of the choices available to the elderly.  
Based on our field studies I produced stakeholder maps, illustrated the customer journey, facilitated workshops and designed new service scenarios.
The project resulted in new communication materials, a revised inspection procedure, improved communication between municipal and private employees and an Idea Catalogue which initiated further development projects. The project was proved to have increased awareness of the ‘Frit valg’ of care suppliers within Roskilde municipality.
